About EFCCM Japan

The EFCCMJ currently consists of the following personnel:

Dale and Ann Little -- Tokyo -- church planting and leadership development (Dale is the EFCCMJ team leader) [1984 ~ present]

Gina Lo -- Sendai – church planting team member [Dec 2004 ~ present]

Anna To -- Nagoya -- church strengthening [Oct 2006 ~ Jul 2007]

Kristy Little – Nagoya – church strengthening [Dec 2006 ~ Jul 2007]

Under a partnership between the EFC of Japan Central District and the EFC of Canada Mission, the EFCCM sends evangelistic English conversation teachers to the EFCJ Central District (Nagoya city area). These teachers are tentmakers who receive the bulk of their salary from their English classes in the EFC churches of Nagoya. Laura Wong was the first teacher under this partnership, beginning in January 2005. She was followed by John and Evelyn Ozdan from September 2005 to July 2006. Anna To and Kristy Little are serving during the 2006-2007 academic year.

In Dec 2004 Gina Lo arrived in Sendai city (northern Japan) to join Larry and Bella Mori in church planting. The Moris serve under the EFC of America International Mission. They are planting an EFC of Japan church. Gina is Bella's sister. Click here to see more about Gina's ministry.

Dale and Ann Little have been based in Japan since 1984. They planted the Owariasahi EFC (greater Nagoya city area) and Sunrise Chapel (an EFC in Tokyo). They are currently planting a third church on a part time basis with hopes of adding another part time church plant to their schedule. See <Church Planting>. Dale also teaches theology part time at Japan Bible Seminary, Tokyo Christian University, and at the EFC of Japan Bible Institute for laypeople. See <Leadership Development>. Ann serves the wider evangelical missionary community in Japan by leading the Women in Ministry team of the Japan Evangelical Missionary Association (JEMA), while Dale serves on JEMA's theological commission and is the President-elect of JEMA (2008).
