About EFCCM Japan

The EFCCMJ currently consists of the following personnel:

Dale and Ann Little -- Tokyo -- church planting, church strengthening, leadership training, and missionary encouragement [1984 ~ present]. Dale serves as the Tokyo team leader for the EFCCM.

Gina L -- Sendai – church planting team member [Dec 2004 ~ present]

Kristy L – Tokyo - MK Education (academic counseling) [Aug 2008 ~present] (formerly: Nagoya – church strengthening [Dec 2006 ~ Jul 2007])

Laura S - greater Tokyo - evnagelistic English classes for church planting and strengthening. Laura began a one year medical leave in Aug 2009, for cancer treatment.

Under a partnership between three EFC of Japan churches in greater Tokyo and EFC of Canada Mission, the EFCCM in Japan has begun an evangelistic English conversation ministry (Kanto English Evangelism Program, or KEEP). Laura S was our first missionary teacher in this program. She began her ministry in the fall of 2008.

In Dec 2004 Gina L arrived in Sendai city (northern Japan) to join Larry and Bella Mori in church planting. The Moris serve under the EFC of America ReachGlobal mission. They are planting an EFC of Japan church. Gina is Bella's sister. Click here to see more about Gina's ministry.

Dale and Ann Little have been based in Japan since 1984. They planted the Owariasahi EFC (greater Nagoya city area) and Sunrise Chapel (an EFC in Tokyo). They are currently pastoring the Tokyo Musashino EFC, preparing it for its next full time pastor and its next church planting project (which they plan to lead). See <Church Planting>. Dale also teaches theology part time at Japan Bible Seminary and Tokyo Christian University. See <Leadership Development>. Ann serves the wider evangelical missionary community in Japan by leading the Women in Ministry team of the Japan Evangelical Missionary Association (JEMA), while Dale serves as President of JEMA (www.jema.org).
